Orange Venezuelan Cory Catfish (Corydoras aeneus “Venezuela”)

The Orange Venezuelan Cory Catfish is a rare geographic color variant of the classic Bronze Cory, prized for its vivid orange dorsal coloration contrasted against metallic blue-green sides. Peaceful, hardy, and full of personality, this schooling bottom-dweller is an excellent choice for community and planted aquariums. Best kept in groups, it adds both color and constant activity to the lower levels of the tank.

Popular with aquascapers and collectors alike, this uncommon tank-bred Cory thrives on sand or smooth gravel and readily accepts dry, frozen, and live foods. While generally shrimp safe, very small shrimp may be at risk.
