Delivery Areas
We offer delivery services within the Western Province through PickMe Flash and island-wide through a courier service.
Delivery Options
- PickMe Flash (Western Province):
- Delivery Time: Same-day delivery
- Cost: Based on location
- Coverage: Available within the Western Province for live plants, planted tank accessories, fish medicine, fish food, and other products.
- Island-Wide Courier Service:
- Delivery Time: 24 hours
- Cost: Based on the weight of the package
- Coverage: Available for customers island-wide. Plive plants, planted tank accessories, fish medicine, fish food, and other products are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Orders placed on other days will be scheduled for dispatch on the next available shipping day.
- Local Pickup:
- Availability: Orders can be picked up at our store located at Piliyandala.
Packaging and Handling
- Aquatic Plants: We take extra care to package live plants securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
- Dry Goods: All other products, including planted tank accessories, fish medicine, fish food, and other items, are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping Conditions
- Weather Considerations: We monitor weather conditions and may delay shipments if extreme weather could harm live plants. You will be notified if such delays occur.
- Delivery Confirmation: Upon dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

- For deliveries, especially through PickMe Flash, please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery immediately to avoid delays.
Return Policy
At Nano Fish Corner, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your aquarium equipment, please review our return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: You may return aquarium equipment within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the equipment must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage are not eligible for return.
- Receipt: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Live Plants: Live plants are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or in poor condition.
- Consumables: Items such as fish food, medicine, water conditioners, and other consumable products cannot be returned.
Return Process
- Contact Us: If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team at Contact to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. Nano Fish Corner is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is approved for return, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after the return has been processed.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to discuss your options. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the return of the original item in acceptable condition.
