Live Fish Delivery<\/h2>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        Live fish are professionally packed to provide the safest possible journey.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        For <strong>islandwide courier delivery, live fish are dispatched only on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.<\/strong>\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>Customers must provide:<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li>Correct recipient name<\/li>\r\n        <li>Correct delivery address<\/li>\r\n        <li>Active contact number<\/li>\r\n        <li>Any information necessary for successful delivery<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        The customer is responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the parcel on the\r\n        <strong>first delivery attempt<\/strong>.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2 style=\"font-size:25px;margin-top:35px;\">2. Receiving Your Fish<\/h2>\r\n\r\n    <p>Once your order arrives:<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li>Receive the parcel immediately.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Check all fish against your order.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Inspect each fish while it is still inside the <strong>original transport bag<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Do not open the bag if you notice a problem.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Take a <strong>clear video before beginning acclimation<\/strong> if a fish appears dead or in serious condition.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        Fish may appear pale, inactive, stressed, or temporarily disoriented after transportation.\r\n        This does not necessarily mean the fish is unhealthy.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2 style=\"font-size:25px;margin-top:35px;\">3. DOA Resolution<\/h2>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        Once a valid DOA claim has been reviewed and approved, Nano Fish Corner may provide an appropriate resolution\r\n        depending on the circumstances and availability.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>This may include:<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li>Replacement of the affected fish, subject to availability; or<\/li>\r\n        <li>Store credit equal to the approved value of the affected fish.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        <strong>Delivery, courier, packing, and other service charges are non-refundable and are not included in the DOA value.<\/strong>\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        Any additional delivery cost required to send a replacement fish will normally be paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed by Nano Fish Corner.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2 style=\"font-size:25px;margin-top:35px;\">5. Courier Delays<\/h2>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        Nano Fish Corner carefully selects appropriate packing methods based on the expected transportation period.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        However, courier operations and unexpected transportation delays may occur outside our direct control.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        <strong>DOA claims resulting from significant courier delays or parcels being held at a courier facility will be reviewed individually.<\/strong>\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        Approval of such claims will depend on the circumstances of the shipment and the evidence provided.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2 style=\"font-size:25px;margin-top:35px;\">6. First Delivery Attempt<\/h2>\r\n\r\n    <div style=\"background:#ffeaea;border:2px solid #d32f2f;padding:20px;border-radius:8px;margin:20px 0;\">\r\n        <p style=\"margin-top:0;\">\r\n            Customers must make all necessary arrangements to receive live-fish shipments on the\r\n            <strong>first delivery attempt<\/strong>.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <p style=\"margin-bottom:0;\">\r\n            <strong>If the parcel is not successfully received on the first delivery attempt, the DOA Guarantee will be void.<\/strong>\r\n        <\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <p>This includes situations where:<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li>Nobody is available to receive the parcel.<\/li>\r\n        <li>The customer cannot be contacted by the courier.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Delivery is refused.<\/li>\r\n        <li>The customer requests the delivery to be postponed.<\/li>\r\n        <li>The customer fails to collect or accept the parcel when required.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        <strong>Any DOA occurring after a failed first delivery attempt will not be covered by Nano Fish Corner's DOA Guarantee.<\/strong>\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2 style=\"font-size:25px;margin-top:35px;\">7. Acclimation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n    <p>After confirming that the fish have arrived safely:<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <ol>\r\n        <li>Float the sealed transport bag in the aquarium for approximately <strong>15\u201320 minutes<\/strong> to equalize temperature.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Begin acclimating the fish according to the requirements of the particular species.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Transfer the fish carefully into the aquarium.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Avoid adding transport water to the aquarium whenever possible.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ol>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        Different species may require different acclimation methods. Please contact Nano Fish Corner if you are unsure about the correct procedure.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2 style=\"font-size:25px;margin-top:35px;\">8. Aquarium &amp; Water Conditions<\/h2>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        Customers are responsible for providing a properly established aquarium suitable for the species purchased.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>Recommended basic conditions include:<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li><strong>Ammonia:<\/strong> 0 ppm<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>Nitrite:<\/strong> 0 ppm<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>Nitrate:<\/strong> Maintained at a safe level<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>Temperature:<\/strong> Appropriate for the species<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>pH:<\/strong> Appropriate for the species<\/li>\r\n        <li>Adequate filtration and oxygenation<\/li>\r\n        <li>Suitable tank size and compatible tank mates<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        Once a fish has been opened, acclimated, and introduced into the customer's aquarium,\r\n        its health is affected by factors outside Nano Fish Corner's control.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        <strong>\r\n            Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies only to the condition of the fish upon delivery and does not guarantee\r\n            survival after the fish has been introduced into the customer's aquarium.\r\n        <\/strong>\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2 style=\"font-size:25px;margin-top:35px;\">9. Fish Compatibility &amp; Tank Requirements<\/h2>\r\n\r\n    <p>Customers are responsible for checking:<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li>Adult size of the fish<\/li>\r\n        <li>Minimum aquarium size<\/li>\r\n        <li>Aggression and temperament<\/li>\r\n        <li>Compatibility with existing livestock<\/li>\r\n        <li>Water parameters<\/li>\r\n        <li>Feeding requirements<\/li>\r\n        <li>Special care requirements<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        Our team is happy to provide advice before purchase.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        Nano Fish Corner cannot accept responsibility for losses caused by unsuitable tank conditions,\r\n        aggression, incompatible tank mates, incorrect acclimation, poor water quality, or improper care.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2 style=\"font-size:25px;margin-top:35px;\">10. Size &amp; Appearance<\/h2>\r\n\r\n    <p>Live fish are natural animals, and minor differences in the following are normal:<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li>Size<\/li>\r\n        <li>Color<\/li>\r\n        <li>Pattern<\/li>\r\n        <li>Body shape<\/li>\r\n        <li>Fin development<\/li>\r\n        <li>Sex characteristics<\/li>\r\n        <li>Coloration after transportation<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        Unless a specific individual fish has been sold as a\r\n        <strong>WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get)<\/strong> specimen,\r\n        photos used on our website or social media may be representative images.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        Minor natural variations are not considered grounds for a return, refund, or DOA claim.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2 style=\"font-size:25px;margin-top:35px;\">11. No Returns on Live Fish<\/h2>\r\n\r\n    <div style=\"background:#f7f7f7;border-left:5px solid #222;padding:20px;margin:18px 0;border-radius:6px;\">\r\n        <p style=\"margin:0;\">\r\n            <strong>\r\n                For animal welfare and biosecurity reasons, Nano Fish Corner does not accept returns or exchanges\r\n                of live fish once they have been delivered or collected.\r\n            <\/strong>\r\n        <\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        Please confirm the species, size, compatibility, and aquarium requirements before purchasing.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2 style=\"font-size:25px;margin-top:35px;\">12. Local Pickup<\/h2>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        Customers collecting livestock directly from Nano Fish Corner should inspect their fish at the time of collection.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        Once livestock has been inspected, accepted, and transported away from our premises,\r\n        Nano Fish Corner cannot be responsible for losses resulting from transportation, temperature exposure,\r\n        delayed acclimation, water conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2 style=\"font-size:25px;margin-top:35px;\">13.
